The plan records wishes and information. It is not a will, legal transfer of ownership or guaranteed rescue placement. Formal arrangements require the appropriate separate professional process.

Three ways to begin
The dog must be present. The route can still fit real life.
A biometric registration begins with the dog and a smartphone camera. Start at home, meet us at an event, or ask for patient assistance. If your dog is not beside you, a private resume link lets you return without beginning again.
Registration remains closed until the product, Petnow, Stripe, legal and support checks are green.
